A competing Age Group triathlete, Tony Robinson is a fully qualified Sports Therapist (BSc Hons) with extensive experience supporting a range of disciplines from amateur to Olympic level.
Practising out of Henley Practice, but also with a mobile therapy service, Tony supports athletes of all ages and ability with their pre-event preparation and post-event recovery. You can regularly see Tony working at local events for a number of organisations, such as Purple Patch Running, which includes sporting races and training camps. As well as this, Tony enjoys sharing his knowledge more personally at workshops.
As a sports massage therapist, Tony uses manipulation of soft tissue to release tension, reduce pain, restore range of movement and promote good condition. Preventative treatment is also encouraged to assist with the health of muscle and connective tissue, to improve range of movement and quality of posture.
